What are the payment methods?

What is your shipping fee?

Metro Manila: ₱100
Outside Metro Manila: ₱200

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery within Metro Manila for a standard fee of ₱250. This option can be selected at checkout on our website. 

 

What is your cut off time for same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery orders are accepted until 7:00 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped the next morning.

 

How long will it take to receive my order

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 day after payment is confirmed. 

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
• Provincial Areas: 3–5 business days

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination.

What should I do if I receive the wrong order?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us on instagram @anueactive or email anueactive@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item received and your order number.
